Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for paid Parmind offerings operated by Nebulae (enterprise number 0667.958.628, Belgium). It supplements our Terms of Service. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law in your country, mandatory law prevails.
2. Purchases through app stores
If you subscribe or pay through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms and policies. We do not control those processes. For refund requests on those platforms, use the refund or subscription management tools provided by Apple or Google.
3. Direct subscriptions and payments
Where we bill you directly (for example via our website or another channel we specify), the following applies unless we communicate different terms at checkout or in a separate agreement.
3.a. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the account or billing settings we make available, or by emailing [email protected] with your account details. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period unless required by law or stated below.
3.b. Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, fees for past billing periods are generally non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of the relevant purchase or renewal. Within that period, if you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example due to a technical failure that prevented reasonable use of the paid features), contact [email protected] with a short description of the issue. We will review requests in good faith; approval of discretionary refunds is not guaranteed.
Statutory rights for consumers in the European Union and elsewhere (including withdrawal rights where they apply to digital content) are not limited by this Policy. If you are an EU consumer and you have a legal right of withdrawal for an online purchase, we will honour it in line with applicable rules and any instructions we provide at the point of sale.
4. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required by law, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after a price change may constitute acceptance of the new price, subject to your statutory rights.
5. Account termination
If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service (including acceptable use rules), you are not entitled to a refund for the current period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
